- All orders are final. Once placed shipping cannot be cancelled.
- You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number once your package is sent. Please allow 12 - 24 hours for the tracking number to activate after it is first scanned by Australia Post
- Elmari Boutique is not responsible for items lost, stolen or delayed in transit.
- It is the customers responsibility to ensure they enter the correct delivery address. If an address is entered incorrectly and as a result delivered to the wrong address, Elmari Boutique will not issue a refund or replacement. If you do enter the wrong shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@elmari.com.au so that we can attempt to rectify the issue for you.
- International orders may be subject to import taxes or duties. These are the responsibility of the customer. Please contact your local customs office for further information.

Online Purchases Returns Policy:- Returns must be posted within 14 days from the date of receipt for a Refund.

- You are responsible for the return of your items, and we highly recommend sending via registered post or a tracked courier service.
- FAULTIES: In the rare instance where you may have received a faulty product, please email us on hello@elmari.com.au and include a photo of the item and fault. Our team will confirm next steps and can organise a reply-paid label to return the item.
- Elmari Boutique is not responsible for lost parcels.
- Upon receiving your returned item/s, we will make an assessment and process your refund within 3 business days of receiving your parcel. Please note that the refund may take some time longer to show up in your bank account as processing times vary across financial institutions.
- Elmari Boutique will notify you via email once your return has been completed.
- No refunds, exchange or return on reduced price or sale items.
- We reserve the right to refuse the return should your return arrive in a condition which does not meet our returns policy.
