Online Purchases Returns Policy:- Returns must be posted within 14 days from the date of receipt for a Refund.
- Item/s must be in original packaging, not worn or washed, with all tags intact and in a saleable condition.

- Receipt (Copy or original)
- You are responsible for the return of your items, and we highly recommend sending via registered post or a tracked courier service.
- FAULTIES: In the rare instance where you may have received a faulty product, please email us on hello@elmari.com.au and include a photo of the item and fault. Our team will confirm next steps and can organise a reply-paid label to return the item.
- Elmari Boutique is not responsible for lost parcels.
- Upon receiving your returned item/s, we will make an assessment and process your refund within 3 business days of receiving your parcel. Please note that the refund may take some time longer to show up in your bank account as processing times vary across financial institutions.
- Elmari Boutique will notify you via email once your return has been completed.
- No refunds, exchange or return on reduced price or sale items.
- We reserve the right to refuse the return should your return arrive in a condition which does not meet our returns policy.

- 7 Day exchange or store credit with receipt.
- Item/s must be in original packaging, not worn or washed, with all tags intact and in a saleable condition.
- No exchange or store credit on reduced price or sale items.
- No refunds for ‘change of mind’ on in-store purchases.
