- Orders before 11am AEST Monday – Friday will be sent same day.
- Orders placed on Public Holidays will be dispatched next business day.

- Shipping estimates can vary depending on locations and circumstances.
- All orders are final. Once placed shipping cannot be cancelled.
- You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number once your package is sent. Please allow 12 - 24 hours for the tracking number to activate after it is first scanned by Australia Post
- Elmari Boutique is not responsible for items lost, stolen or delayed in transit.
- It is the customers responsibility to ensure they enter the correct delivery address. If an address is entered incorrectly and as a result delivered to the wrong address, Elmari Boutique will not issue a refund or replacement. If you do enter the wrong shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible at firstname.lastname@example.org so that we can attempt to rectify the issue for you.
- International orders may be subject to import taxes or duties. These are the responsibility of the customer. Please contact your local customs office for further information.
