What range of sizes do you carry?

Depending on items & style, our sizes vary between XS to XXL (AU 8 to 20). Please refer to the size guide on our individual products as sizes can vary significantly between brands and styles.

Where do we deliver to?

We currently deliver to Australia, New Zealand, USA, Canada and UK / Ireland. If you need delivery to a different destination, please contact us first.

I saw something in-store or on social media that I can’t find online?

We are adding as many of our gorgeous range as soon they arrive. Should you not be able to find something online then please feel free to call us and we can arrange to send your wish-list item out to you.

I’m not 100% happy with my purchases - can I return it?

I believe my item is faulty – what do I do?

In the rare instance where you may have received a faulty product, please email us at hello@elmari.com.au and include a photo of the item and fault. Our team will confirm next steps and can organise a reply-paid label to return the item.
